Dr. Anne Friesen will share two effective human trafficking community strategies for collective impact that can be duplicated in your community or region.

 The training workshop will highlight effective human trafficking community strategies focused on how to create safety nets for human trafficking victims by building effective regional multidisciplinary human trafficking response systems.  Anne will share specific tools and strategies that were developed during the initial building of a tri-county regional rapid response team.  Anne will also share some of the trails, tribulations, challenges, and lessons learned on how to best engage and cultivate relationships across county lines, in order to build effective rapid response teams comprised of multidisciplines across counties.

Building an Effective Human Trafficking Rapid Response System Across County Lines: Participants will have resources and tools needed to help them begin to implement and improve a regional multidisciplinary response task force in their communities.  

●      Participants will understand the challenges of implementing a regional multidisciplinary response team.

●      Participants will have a Meeting Agenda template for Human Trafficking Task Force Meetings.

●      Participants will have a Minutes template for Human Trafficking Task Force Meetings.

●      Participants will have an outline for creating a customized response plan for their community.
